Programming Assistant


Under supervision of the Center's Programming team, provides administrative support with budgets, contracts, data management, planning, research, reports, scheduling and settlements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or practical work experience, preferably in the arts and entertainment industry.  In addition to being highly organized, candidates should have strong computer skills (including Excel, Outlook, and Word) and enjoy handling multiple projects effectively.  As this position provides backup for the Programming team, nights and weekends may be required to assist with day of show activities.  Reports to the Vice President of Programming.
