Opportunities

PT Graphics Designer

Part-time Graphic Designer for design and production of collateral, direct mailing, magazine pagination and various other duties as delegated by the Lead Graphic Designer or Creative Services Manager.  Approximately 12 hours per week, although occasional additional hours may be needed.  Exact schedule subject to mutual agreement but will involve 3 to 4 days in the Performing Arts Center offices.  It is necessary for the designer to work on-site on Center equipment and software.

Advertising and Communications Coordinator

Responsible for: (1) planning, producing and scheduling video lobby loops and other assigned video projects; (2) preparing assigned event settlements; (3) assisting with email distribution and website updates; (4) proofing and approving all show print and on-line materials; (5) ordering and procuring contracts for show ads; inserting print ads; trafficking of broadcast and other ads; (6) preparing print project and ad orders; (7) researching and preparing reports and presentations; (8) assisting with Marketing projects such as social media, board committee meetings, comp ticket orders, affinity groups and other programs as required.

Rentals Coordinator

As a member of the Center's Programming team and under occasional supervision, manages budgets, contracts, data, reports and settlements for the Center's programming and presenting partnerships, and takes a lead role in managing the Center's relationships with rental clients.

In collaboration with the Programming team, coordinates scheduling for the Center's venues and serves as the Center's primary representative with rental clients.  Within the Center, represents the Programming department and interacts with other departments (including, but not limited to, Accounting, Development, Education, Marketing, Operations, Technical and Ticketing) by sharing information and coordinating logistics.

Programming Assistant

Under supervision of the Center's Programming team, provides administrative support with budgets, contracts, data management, planning, research, reports, scheduling and settlements.
